And the sex scandal bandwagon continues...

Actor Matthew Fox, star of Lost, can add himself to the list of wholesome celebrities involved in a sex scandal.

InTouch magazine had an exclusive interview with Stefani Talbott, a woman claiming she slept with the happily married star. The Bend, Oregon stripper says she and Fox slept together twice.

Talbott says,  “He didn’t tell me to keep it a secret or anything. He didn’t even use protection. He didn’t seem concerned at all.”

According to the article:
Matthew, Stefani says, started by buying her a drink, then paid for four private dances, each worth $20. “He asked me, ‘Why are you working in a place like this?’ I told him that I am a single mom and needed the money,” Stefani says. “He absolutely did not mention a wife or family, and I don’t remember him wearing a wedding ring.”

I feel as if this article is untrue. However, there is nothing new or shocking about Fox, or any other wholesome celebrity having an affair with a stripper. There have been three well-publicized affairs so far this year: David Letterman, John Edwards, and of course, Tiger Woods.

Letterman survived because he came right out with his indiscretions to the public.
John Edwards is a little different. Given that he is in politics, his reputation is constantly on a make or break status. His former aide, Andrew Young-who also is claiming he fathered Edwards’ love child-just wrote a tell-all book titled “The Politician,” exposing Edwards’ lies and betrayals. Although Edwards’ wife was already aware of the indiscretions, books like Young’s certainly add fuel to the fire.

Tiger Woods’ affair will go down in history-there is no use repeating the scandal and the repercussions of it. Like I said last week, I’m done with Woods.

Whether we like it or not, seemingly “good guy” celebrity types will make mistakes. Celebrities are people too, and they make mistakes just as often as non-famous people.
Publicity stunt or not, these celebrity sex scandals have to stop before I drift off to sleep from boredom and annoyance.
